The following is the full text of the fourteen meditations of the Stations of the Cross that will be prayed as Pope Leo XIV carries the cross at the Colosseum in Rome on April 3, 2026, the first Good Friday of his pontificate. The meditations were written by Franciscan Father Francesco Patton, who served as custos of the Holy Land from 2016 to 2025.
